Reader to Writer and writer to reader:  letters regarding

INSTRUCTION:  Please put your handle (name, work, etc.) at the start of the letter in the Japanese style, so the publisher/writer can know where you're coming from.  The spaces will expand when you write in them. The block fits 10 lines x 120 characters. Thank you.
